Taarana Celebrated a Spook-tacular Day of Fun and Creativity.
PETALING JAYA, 30 OCTOBER 2026 -Taarana celebrated its Trick or Treat Dress-Up Day with a day filled with colourful costumes, cheerful laughter and plenty of sweet surprises.
The celebration brought together students and teachers for a day of activities designed to encourage creativity, self-expression, social interaction and meaningful learning experiences.
The excitement started as students decorated their own trick-or-treat bags using colourful stickers and drawings. Beyond the fun, this hands-on activity provided opportunities to practise fine motor skills, make choices and express their creativity
With their personalised treat bags ready, students explored Taarana for the much-anticipated Trick or Treat around the centre. Moving from classroom to classroom, they collected treats while practising social interaction and turn-taking in a fun and supportive environment.

One of the highlights of the celebration was the Fashion Show, where students had the opportunity to showcase their costumes. The event also featured the Best Dressed Awards, recognising students’ creativity and enthusiasm while celebrating everyone’s participation.

Following the excitement, students enjoyed a relaxing movie session before wrapping up the day’s celebration.
Celebrating Childhood Without Barriers
At Taarana, celebrations are more than just moments of fun. They provide valuable opportunities for students to build confidence and strengthen their connections with others.
Dr Sunitha, the principal of Taarana shared
At Taarana, every opportunity to celebrate is an opportunity to learn and grow. Our Trick or Treat Dress-Up Day was organised to encourage students to express their creativity. Most importantly, it reminds us that every child deserves to experience the joy of childhood, feel included, and shine in their own unique way.

Through activities that encourage participation, creativity and social engagement, Taarana continues to create an inclusive learning environment where every student is valued and supported.
The celebration was a wonderful reminder that learning can happen anywhere, even though a little Trick or Treat magic!
