On a recent Saturday, Taarana School’s Canteen Day was a carnival of food, fun, and inclusivity. The students prepared and sold food, drinks and other items to parents, families, and guests.
Early this month, Taarana School’s students and teachers kicked off the Chinese New Year festivities with a fun-filled celebration!
Taarana School, managed by RYTHM Foundation, the social impact arm of the QI Group, has been at the forefront of providing high-quality education to children with a range of special needs. Recently, the Head of RYTHM, Santhi Periasamy, and Taarana’s Principal, Dr Sunitha Sivakumaran, welcomed the Board members of the QI Group to the school.
On a sunny Friday morning in January, the Taarana School community set off on an adventure to the Farm in the City in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, for a school trip that would be a journey and experience to remember. Excitement filled the air as the school’s staff prepared 20 of Taarana’s students to immerse themselves in a world of farm animals, greenery, and learning opportunities.
The end of the year is always a special time, but it was extra special at Taarana School as the students, parents, teachers, therapists, and senior executives of QI Group celebrated the holiday season last year with a fun-filled Family Day and Christmas party.
